| Should I feed something besides dry kibble? I feed my 3 babies 1-16mo 1-8mo & 1-3mo Health Extention. I leave it out all day so they can eat if they're hungry. Am I also supposed to be feeding them something else at dinner or something? They are very healthy and growing nicely. Their poop is good. Just wondering. COCO PEBBLES TRIXIE |

| My own opinion is no. I was tempted myself thinking trixie wasnt eating enough. Then I waited to see if things will get better. And it did. She loves her dry kibles. Of course, you feed them some nice treats, only when they do their flips, and are extra good.

| I am not familiar with Health Extension, but I wanted to welcome you to YT and bump this up for you-hopefully someone else will know the answer to your question.

| Either way is fine. Any dogs that I own will always get "extras" if they have to eat kibble (unless a health issue prevents it). Ellie used to eat mostly kibble with some treats and I wish I would've given her more people food (the things that are appropriate for dogs) during that time. I just think it is a healthy thing to give them fresh foods because kibble is so overprocessed.

| Do you think I should cook something for them to eat at dinner time. I don't know I feel bad that all they eat is that dry kibble and some treats during the day. They are gaining weight nicely and pooping nicely. I don't know maybe I should just leave well enough alone, ya know If it aint broken don't fix it. But I guess it's just a mama thing. I want to give them something yummy to look forward to at dinner. What do you think? COCO PEBBLES TRIXIE Thanks for your help !! |
