| I am so frustrated. We had to fly to Texas from MD for Thanksgiving, and I hadn't noticed any fleas on him before we left. I bathed him that Thursday, and didn't see any. But I noticed he was itching and scratching like crazy. On Sunday I was watching TV, and I saw them crawling around on my poor baby!! Uggh. I bathed him with shampoo and my sister and I picked off as many as we could find. I put on some Hartz flea stuff, because I left the frontline in MD (unfortunately I hadn't put any on him in a while). And it's only been a couple of days, but I still see some. I bathed him yesterday with flea shampoo, and today I saw a couple, but got em. How often can I bathe him with the flea shampoo? and what should I do with the rest of the house? I'm so freaked right now. Dexter's mommy ![]() |

| Wow...I can't believe so many others are battling fleas. My Lily has just a few but I check her every day and use a flea comb. The comb has been my best defense. She is pregnant and due in two weeks so I don't want to use insecticides. I vacuum daily but just as a precaution I bought some flea collars, cut them in half and put them under the furniture and around her bed making sure she isn't in direct contact with them. Might sound dumb but I'll try anything.

| Aw I hateeee fleas, they're such a pain in the butt. I don't get what they're good for, grrr. I think I found one on Lilly the other day. I'm a hugeee worry wart so I killed it of course then got her a Comfortis pill and Borax for the carpets. I put the Borax down and left it on the carpets over night then vacuumed it up the next day. I don't get it. I bathed her today with Dawn then with her normal shampoo & conditioner. I didn't see anything, not even flea dirt.I think it's stupid everyone is having to deal with fleas still!
