| healthy appetite? My little boy is 5 months old and seems to want to eat all the time. He eats atleast 4 times a day. He eats Science Diet Small Bites Puppy Food. In the morning he'll eat about 1/4 cup plain a couple of hours later he gets another 1/4 cup with some chicken breast on top. Around 3 o'clock he's ready again. Then he seems to be hungry later in the evening. He seems healthy and is not overweight he weighs a little over 5 pounds. Is it normal for him to have such an appetite. I might also add he is very active! |

| I agree...I used to think that Science diet was high quality.....however I recently learned that it is not. Like the previous poster mentioned...there is a site you can go to and read all about the Most premium foods down to the lowest quality.... Raise the level of nutrition he is getting from his food, and he should become more satisfied after he eats.

| healthy pet food There are so many foods that are supposed be better than Science Diet. I assumed it was good since my Vet recommended it. Does anyone have any suggestion as to what brand I should try? |

| My boys vet "sells' Science Diet. However, I am not so sure that he knows what my specific breed needs. I listened to the forum & have switched to Sweet potatoes & venison (personally I think venison sucks) & the boys love it. YT knows their stuff...... |
