| Recovery, recovery, recovery! How was your furbaby when recovering from spaying/neutering, removing dewclaw, baby teeth extraction?

Donating YT 10K Club Member | All of mine had their dew claws removed when their tails were docked. As far as recovery time of the other...all of them were back to normal the next day. Actually the boys acted fine the evening afterward.

| Ranger was a cryptorchid, had an umbilical hernia fixed, and had four baby teeth removed. I know many find this cruel, but we opted for no pain meds because my vet was afraid with the way he is he would be his crazy self on the meds and ruin everything. He was uncomfortable the first night, and was pretty slow the next two days (what we wanted) but was fine after that. I had to crate him for the next two weeks because NO JUMPING, which anyone on human speed cannot keep him from doing.
