| Innova Formula Change Innova changed their formula slightly. They have replaced garlic with pumplin (finally) and added more EPA and DHA (omega 3's). I think to accomplish this they have added flaxseed. It is in their newsletter, so I'm sure it can be found on their site.

| O.k...what's pumplin? Innova is a wonderful food but, unfortunately, all of my dogs have had slightly loose to loose stool while on Innova. If they could remedy that I'd put them all back on it. |

| I'm guessing that was a typo and Crystal meant "pumpkin". |

| Lol, pumplin is a type. They have replaced garlic with pumpkin. I was reading that the new formula is causing some gastrointestinal issues. Probably because it is only a slight change so nobody is slowly adding in the new to switch their dogs over...

| I have had my dogs on Innova, since I got them as puppies. It is a wonderful food and I've had no problems with it! Sounds like they made a change for the good!

| Its nice to hear of a formula change for the positive... I love Innova, unfortunately Ranger had serious GI problems while on it.

It has fiber in it, so I would think so, plus I've read on here many times to give pumpkin for runny poo.

| Maybe that's why they did it...too many complaints about loose stool? Hmmm...maybe we'll try it again after the puppies get here...don't want to make any sudden changes right now. |
