I've used Dawn to give Coco baths to get rid of the 1 or 2 fleas that are on her. But I also apply Advantage monthly. So if I use the Dawn, does that strip the Advantage right off? Do I need to reapply Advantage after every Dawn Bath?

Dawn will wash away the advatage. Actually, any shampoo with soap in it will wash away topical flea and tick treatments.

the package says this : Advantage remains efficacious following a shampoo treatment, swimming or after exposure to rain or sunlight. Monthly treatments are required for optimal control and prevention of fleas. If re-treatment becomes necessary earlier than four weeks, do not re-treat more than once weekly.
