| ears mites? Hi, everybody! My yorkie is 9 weeks old. Hi is scratching his ears , and I think he has an ears mites, or some ears infection. Please can anyone tell me the symptoms of ears mites. Thank you. Last edited by Dan19; 10-13-2008 at 05:22 AM. |

| Are you pulling any colored junk from his ears? What color? It is best to go to the vet and let them look at whatever it is under a microscope.

| Caylee had ear mites and a yeast infection in her ears when I got her She scratched a lot at her ears. Her ears also looked dirty on the inside. The Revolution that was put on her is suppose to take care of the ear mites and they gave us an antibotic for the yeast.

| I would take your puppy to the vet, and have them do an ear mite swab, where they take a qtip and get that debris out of the ear, place it on a slide, and look under the scope. if they have mites they can find them ! they are actually pretty cool looking on the slides when they move around!!!!!

| Mine had earmites when I got her at 7 weeks, I didn't realize it though, all I knew is she stunk, and it was from the ear mites..I would take the pup in to the vets and let them look at them..probably something a little medicine will cure.. |

| Thank you everybody for the replies . I brought him yesterday to the vet, and he gave her SUROLAN ear drops for ear mites. I hope it will work for my Cucci |
