| I would switch also. 1-six times a day is a lot of poo!! 2- if she is eating it, switch. Whenever we have had a problem with a dog eating poo we switch foods. The vet told me there is still nutrition in the poo becuase it did not get absorbed into the body so they are eating it like regular food. When we switched they stopped. You are feeding a good food, but not all foods work for all dogs.

| Hey Babz,It's a great thing, but she was already so energetic that i don't see the need to get her more energy everytime i get home she's destroied my pillows, my shoes etc something she'd never done before, that's why i'm asking when to draw the line? Is it healty too much protein? |

But I tell her no, and keep telling her no whenever she goes near any cables, and til this day, no more silly bitings. And trust me, I am the most helpless trainer in the world ![]() If you're asking ME, I believe dogs are carnivores, and they need (GOOD) protein first and foremost. That's what they eat in the wild. They have no dietary needs for carbs, and very little (if any) veggies. But this is MY opinion. Some will believe differently. After my bag of Orijen finishes, I am switching my girls to Raw food. So yea, I am all for good protein, and lots of it. You might want to do your own research and form your own opinion about this. It's really just a matter of googling and setting time aside to read.

| Babz, I do all of that, she's never destroied anything but since i started college, and she's very time alone, she's been crazy, very spoiled , i exercise her a lot, everyday i find an hour or more to go to the park, and sometimes i meed with a friend of mine and his dog and we all go for a walk for a long time..but i feel since she got on orijen, she's been completely crazy and full of energy. but thank you for your advices, i've been searching about high protein, but you know there are always two side of the story, that's why i wanted to ask yorky owners who feed orijen |

| I was determined to change my baby's food. I tried to look for Orijen puppy but it was out of stock. Then I came across Natural Balance Potato and Duck in small bites. So I grabbed a bag and bought it. 2 days ago I started to mix it with her current kibble (NV Instinct). I mixed 4 pcs. of NB for the first time in every meal (I feed her 3x a day). Yesterday, I mixed in 6pcs of NB. This is what I noticed... There was a change in her pooping habbit. When I expected her to poop she didn't poop. And her poop became smaller. I am taking note of her pooping schedule to see if there is really a difference. After a few days I will be examining my list. BUt I also noticed she got a little fat. Maybe because she doesn't poop more anymore? I'll wait a few more days to be sure.

| It's only been 2 days.. DO not worry so. I think the change of poop schedule is normal, but that's just me ![]() Oh, I will be uploading the pics of Orijen kibble soon! Sorry to delay I just got so busy all of a sudden.
