| I haven't seen mine eat bugs but they have been going NUTS over the dried up worms and frogs in our lawn, driveway, etc. EWWWW! One day I had Maggie upside down trying to get her to let go! She finally let it go and I scooped both of them up and brought them into the house. I have seen Hot Rod rub his face and head all over one too. YUK! About an hour later I had forgotton about it and he was given me kisses and then I was giving him kisses. Ohhhh, I about screamed when I remembered he was rubbing all over that frog.

Donating YT 14K Club Member | Mine LOVE June bugs...I hate it when they come out...they crunch on them like they're Lays potato chips...and you know the commercial, "You can't eat just one!"

| I don't think they eat them, but they will hunt them down and kill them. I REALLY try and keep an eye on them and stop them. Some of the beetles in our area contain a defense enzyme that can cause digestive upset in dogs if eaten! |

| Every chance Abby gets to eat a bug, she does it! Ewwww! I've caught her with a dried up smashed frog, those big long bugs that make a clicking sound, locust, june bugs...you name it and Abby has eaten it or tried! I did get the frog out of her mouth, but most the time she gobbles it up before I can get it out of her mouth.

| bugs, ants, and dried worms My little Milo loves to pounce on bugs and ants. He has tried to eat an ant, but I think it might have released something in his mouth because he spit it out very quickly. He also loves to find and eat the dried worms on our driveway. I try to stop him, but he thinks it is a game and runs off with his prize. |

| Rolls in Dead worms My Bigos loves to run after bugs, but what is worse is that he rolls in dead worms...it's awful. Every time I see him rolling I find a dead nasty stinky worm...ohhh. Dogs do this to cover their scent but he smells soo bad afterward. I never knew there where soo many dead worms in my back yard. |

| Buddy should have been a girl. He's so afraid of bugs! When he sees one in the grass he actually hops, much like a rabbit, out of the way and streches his neck to look at it. I can just imagine him thinking "YUK". However, he enjoys chasing a fly or two when they get in the house from the deck. |

| Ellie likes to try and catch flies but I don't think she has ever eaten any bugs. That is strictly prohibited here and would probably result in a long time out. She is a dog but she kisses my face and sleeps with me and that is just gross. She has been forced to give up her wild side to become a spoiled princess.
