I can't believe that an employee at a Pet targeted store would say that to you!?

I can assure you though, it is PetSMART where I buy wellness. Next time I go stock up, I'll send you the reciept and you can go in and prove it to her!

Try websites K9Cuisine or Pawschoice, both have free shipping if over a certain amount (I think $50 and $75). They both have decent prices and a nice variety of quality foods. Also Flint River Ranch distributors include shipping in the price of the food as it comes directly from the manufacturer. I find it a lot more conveinent and no more expensive to order online with free shipping than going to PetsMart and hauling a 35 lb bag of food out to the car LOL.

Are there any small, locally owned doggie stores/shops where you live? We have some here and I always get the owner of one of the stores to special order me the Wellness Core. She does carry Wellness dog food, but not the Core line, and she knows how much I love this stuff for my babies, so she special orders it for me. Doesn't charge me anything either - all I pay for is the bag of food itself You might want to look into this!

P.S. - She always orders about 6 bags at a time so that she isn't constantly having to re-order it - it's more convenient for me, and saves HER on shipping
