| Tear Stains Hello, my male yorkie always has tear stains. He is 1 1/2 years old. Will he grow out of this? I have been using angel eyes in his food and I even use eye envy wipes and powder. These products have not been working. Do you have any suggestions? Any products that have worked for you? |

| Tear Stains My little girl also has those. I heard it's just from irritation... Like the hair tickling the eye. I try to keep her hair away from her eyes, but with yorkies that is difficult since they are all hair I just try to keep her face clean. Every morning I wipe her face with a wet washcloth and then wash her cheeks really good on bath day... That usually helps for her. |

| Every two days I clean with just water and cotton balls. When it's bath time, then I use a little of the tear-free soap.

| My one year old is always tearing. Until the past couple of days she's had nothing. Her groomer is on maternity leave, so my pup is way over due on her hair cut. I think her hair on her nose has finally grown out poking her in the eyes. They always say to trim the hair on their nose near the eyes to help prevent tearing, but now I'm wondering if that's a good idea. |

| Someone told me to use bottled water instead of tap and that has helped Keoki. |

| I have tried all these suggestions and none of them worked for Lily so if you find something that does let me know.

| apple vinegar vs. white vinegar Aren't these two very different? I see a suggestion of using apple cider vinegar in water and then following thread referring to putting white vinegar in the dogs water? |

| I have seen both written as remedies. I sent hubby to get it at the corner store and they only had the plain white. Its just a difference of one is made with grain and the other made from apple cider. Both can be used for pickling/canning and are edible.
