| ![]() My yorkie is almost 2 years old and lately i've noticed two things he has been really whinny and ive started to find clumps of hair everywhere. I dont know what to do to help him. I've always kept his hair very short and a few months ago i decided to let it grow all the way out, so my first guess was that maybe he doesnt like it long. and as for the whining i dont know whats wrong. I've made an appointment with the vet today so hopefully we can figure this out. Is this normal behavior for a yorkie? ![]() ![]() ![]()

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | ![]() Hmmm, I don't know - he could be in pain though, if he's whining. They may want to do a skin scraping since he's losing hair. Please update if you can - I do hope for the best with your baby!

| ![]() AAWWW I hope your baby feels better soon. I have no answers for you but please keep us updated with what the vet says. I find a few clumps of hair around the house from my girl Mimi but that is due to her allergies. She's going to see a specialist on 9/11 and I tell you that date cannot come soon enough. I think I'm taking the itching worse than she is. I feel so helpless sometimes. Last edited by Timmy; 08-26-2008 at 10:03 AM. |
