| Solid Gold Wee Bit YUMMY I received three sample packets of Solid Gold Just a WEE BIT in the mail yesterday and gave Abby and Daisy half a packet this morning in their bowls...they gobbled it up like it was thier last meal! They loved it! Up until now we've been feeding them Canidae, but I think if the store I buy thier food at carries solid gold, I'm switching them. Anyone else feeding this with good results? BTW, they also have NV Raw every morning.

| Our local feed store carries alot of great food and also give out samples. So they gave me a few bags of the Wee bits and mine went nuts over it. I actually mixed it in with their dry food (Canidae) and they picked out the wee bits and don't ask me how because they are so tiny. I was also thinking about switching them but wasn't sure. I'm just not too happy that Canidae changed their dry formula. |

| Canidae changed thier dry formula? How? I hadn't heard that before. Hmmm...interesting. I still have about a 1/4 of a 20 lb bag left of Canidae, but after this, we're switching to Solid Gold. They really do love it

Here is the thread and if you go to their website they also say it there. Its just the dry formula. I also feed mine the wet which that didn't change but I'm concerned that Diamond Foods is packing that for them. I did notice that my girl Mimi has been scratching more since starting the new bag. She has bad allergies. Thank goodness she goes to see a specialist on the 11th. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...la-change.html | |

| Lovely I'm not sure what to feed them, besides the NV raw. It's a shame because they LOVE the Solid Gold Wee Bits...I mean LOVE it! I've never seen Daisy eat like that before. Back to the old drawing board.

| I think I'm going to give Wee Bits a try anyway. I had one sample left and put it out in their dish yesterday and within 10 mins the dish was empty I don't know who the muncher was but I did see all three near the bowl. My babies are on a feeding schedule but I leave just a handful of kibbles out while I'm at work just in case they get hungry. They goobled this up and to be honest its rated a good food. I also like that its small kibbles so I can go ahead and give them less wet for dinner. |

| Canidae For those that are interested I wanted to let you know that Canidae is coming out with a Grain-Free Formula very soon. I don't know if you have visited their website and have seen the puzzle pieces on there but that is what the bag will reveal. Just wanted to share the info!

| solid gold Latte get fish and sweet potatoes because of her allergies but I would love it if she could eat dog food again. I would like to try the Just a Wee Bit cuz the protein is bison and fish. I think I'll see if the vet supply has it. |

| I went ahead and let Abby and Daisy finish up the last of the 3 small sample bags...they really, really love the wee bits. It's like I've grilled them up a big steak and set it in front of them! I think you're right Timmy...it is rated a good food and most of the ingredients are healthy. Far better than most dog foods. Plus Abby and Daisy get their NV Raw, a small amt. of brown rice w/ carrots & green beans too (I give a squirt of flax seed in some of their food everyday as well) I would say they are getting a healthy diet overall. I just feel like I can't deny them the wee bits! They will however have to finish the Canidae, I'm not throwing it out. It's the old formula. xxmxaxrxyxx, I emailed the co. and asked for a sample. You can find their email address at the top of this page in a sticky Thanks everyone
