| Does Bella need vitamins if eating homemade food? I have started making homemade food for Bella,she just seems to eat it better,Does she need vitamins added and if so what kind?How do I keep human food from making her breathe smell bad and messing up her teeth,I have always heard that people food can make their breath stink and make there teeth rot?Is this true? |

| Yes, she has to have vitamins. No, homecooked isn't going to make her teeth rot out as long as you brush them (same goes for any food except maybe raw). It is best to brush at least once a day or you might get away with every other day. The vitamins/minerals are the hardest part of homecooking. Some people like Dr. Pitcairn's book (my suggestion if you want to go this way is to get the newest edition possible...the old one had some inaccurate info in it). You can buy a recipe from BalanceIT's website but if you do, I would buy the one where they tell you how many human vitamins to put in it, not BalanceIT. The best thing to do is talk to a nutritionist and have them formulate a recipe.
