| Canidae... What is the weight of the smallest bag of Canidae?? If I'm remembering correctly, it was 6 lbs and the bag I bought today is 5 lbs! Am I right?? It has also increased $2.49ish over the last couple of months.

| Not surprising.....I about went into shock in the cereal isle! Higher price less cereal!

| Why is that not surprising? So they shrunk the bag, supposedly transferred at least some of their production to a facility that isn't the best, cheapened the ingredients and increased the price.

| I heard they reconfigured the ingrediants and then raised the price. I heard it is actually better for the dogs. Am I wrong? Have you heard something else? I feed both my dogs the chicken flavored Canidae, they like it.

| I'm not sure because in one of them they added rice bran. Bran isn't dangerous and is okay to feed but I think they should use brown rice with everything left...not just bran. They also use cracked pearl barley. It is common but thought to be less nutritious than other forms. It would be worth looking the ingredients up and seeing exactly what they changed.
