I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Joey loves them too; remember the yolk has lots of fat, so you don't want to give to much of that, the white is all protein with no fat or cholesterol.

| Okay this may be a stupid question but I'm going to ask.... Does it matter if it's farm raised or store bought? I usually avoid eggs (allergies) but my cousin has chickens that lay eggs ALL OF THE TIME so when I'm there I'm surrounded by farm eggs. So does it make a difference, I mean other than it being fresh? Thanks |

I would take the farm eggs if I could get them.

You don't know how lucky you are. Eggs are a lot better for you than anyone thought, turns out they take away the bad cholesterol, and there's so many ways to cook them.

| I know this is bad, but on the way to work I sometimes swing through Mcdonalds and get my babies a side of eggs for an extra special treat. No often, but I confess...they have eaten at McDonalds!
