| They slow down significantly at 6 months and stop growing at a year old.

| It better be soon! Tucker will be 4 months next Monday and he's over 6 pounds! I love him and it's just more of him to love, but if he gets too much bigger I won't be able to lift him and carry him around and he loves to be carried in my arms. He's supposed to be my service dog (I have MS) but I'll end up being his servant! lol

| Stewie stopped growing when he was about 6 or 7 mos. He's just over 9 mos now and hasn't put on much weight.

| From what I understand, yorkies stop growing at 7 months. Double the weight that your pup was at 12 weeks and that is an indicator of his overall weight as an adult. |

or just double @ 16 weeks. We should do a survey of people with "full-grown" Yorkies to see which works. That woudl take forever though and I'm not doing it
