I feel so silly for leaving it on my bed. luckily i have a thick leather case! she is biting EVERYTHING and ignoring her toys, even her little baby teething ring i got her. what should I do?! Should i get her a little rawhide bone? I just need help before she chews on something really expensive .. like my shoes!! |

| There you go! Thats what you need. If she loses interest another great chew is called Antlerz...its all natural so dogs are like drawn to it instinctually...I don't know where you are in Florida, but Dog Bar in South Beach and Coral Gables sells them...I have two puppies and five Antlerz from teething!

| I would stay away from rawhide, but bully sticks are great! Make sure she has lots to chew on, like the bully sticks, dental chews, etc. Make sure she can't get to any chords or wires, and keep your shoes where she can't get them.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Yes, I agree bully sticks are a favorite of Joeys, but hard to find locally, I bought mine over the Internet, but Target has a few safe chew sticks and dental chews that Joey likes but nothing is a good as a Merick Bully Stick, now at 1 1/2 he still chews on them, and I've never had a problem with him chewing on inappropriate things.

| Have you tried spraying Bitter Apple on your things? It had a horrible taste and will keep her from chewing on your things. You can buy it at Petsmart. However, if she's anything like Meeko, bitter apple won't stop her. I used a little bit of tabasco sauce and rubbed lemons to keep him away. Good luck with her!!!

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I got mine on e-bay, but you could do a google, be sure and get Mericks Bully Stick, I know they are made in this country and there have been reports of copies made in China. This link has them in large quantities, so you might want to find some place that sells fewer to try them out. The 6 inch size is perfect for Joey.
