				   | On the topic of treats, BoBo loves "Chicken Buddies". They're little dried chicken discs. Are those healthy? They're like 95% chicken. Last edited by BoBoDiddle; 05-20-2008 at 07:49 PM. Reason: punctuation |

				   | I give Rocco Wellness Bites too! He loves them. I like them cause they're soft and you can cut 1 piece into even smaller pieces and they last longer. I like them for training. |

				   | Xavier and Sasha both LOVE their bully sticks! Also, Sam's Yams Bichon Fries Sweet Potato Chews, raw marrow bones (- the marrow) and various jerkies are favorites of my two.

				   | I found something that my girls seem to enjoy, just yesterday. And believe it or not, I found it at the Dollar General Store. They are from Honey Creek Farms and they're called, Jerky Wraps, Sweet Potato with Chicken. The ingredients are: Sweet Potatoes, Chicken (naturally preserved with mixed tocopherols, rosemary and citric acid.) They sound healthy...I hope they are.

| It's a Yorkie Thing Donating Member | My babies love Bil Jacs Little Jacs. They are made from liver and small enough it doesn't provide a whole meal for them. They also love bully sticks.

				   | I buy the Natural Balance Lamb and Rice Dog Food rolls from Petco and every evening I cut some up into bite size pieces for treats. My dogs love it. Also I give the a few cheerios for a snack, they are crazy about Honey-nut cheerios. For chewing I always give them cow ears (I cut them in half with tin snips) and cow hooves. A while back I read on YT that a lot of yorkies were getting sick from the bully sticks because they seem to harbor bacteria, I am not sure if it was just some bad batches or if people should just use caution with them. I also occasionally give bites of raw carrot, steamed broccoli or green beans or boiled sweet potato. |

				   | Do you know that Lulu hates treats? She would much rather chew on a bone or a toy than eat treats. Sorry, can't be much help on this one. |

				   | I would really like to find something that they will enjoy but actually lasts for a while so they can lay there and chew for a period of time rather than always running around getting in places they shouldnt be lol |

| Bella Boo & Diggy Too! Donating GS Member | Mine got sick and Bullies were in the equation....the bacteria actually comes from the dogs mouth but gets much worse and grows after chewing a bully and letting it sit and then going back at it. My Bella was VERY sick from this so no i cannot say the bully caused it but it did have an effect on it. I personally do not give bullies anymore but I cannot sit here and blame them 100% either. I just choose to take no chances after going thru what i did....2 days in hospital and 1,000+ in vet bills....I just stopped using them period. And both of my dogs were affected by this Bella was just hit the hardest.
