| VERY yellow urine Help, please. My female, age 4, has very yellow urine. I don't think this is normal. She wasn't eating very well, but it's so hot I didn't think much about it. This evening I hand fed her to get her to eat, but she ate quite a bit as long as I was holding it. Should I be concerned? What could be causing it? |

| Very yellow urine in a person means dehydration. Could this be it? |

| i think it is the same for dogs..i believe that you can give your baby a little pedialyte but call your vet first and make sure i would even just take her in.

Donating YT 14K Club Member | I'd contact my vet about this. Gracie had dark yellow urine when we got here but that was because she wasn't going as often as she's suppose to.

| Of course, I can't get my dog to urinate NOW when I need to try to see what color it is today, but I DID scramble her an egg (she's never had anything but dry food) and she scarfed it down. Maybe it's just hot and she's not much interested in eating. We used to have a Pekingnese and she didn't eat for a couple of days sometimes. She self-dieted!! Maybe that's what our Gracie is doing? |
