| Please Help! Hello everyone. Sadie is have a really bad problem with constipation. I don't know what else to do. I've given her Lactone (perscribed by the vet) and warm bath, etc....nothing seems to work . It's stuck to her bum and is soo hard that I just can't finagle it out. I'm going to call the vet first thing in the am but I didn't know if anyone out there had some other suggestions. Thanks in advance..... Christine |

| Sadie needs fiber, green beans, apple, pumpkin etc. I don't know if you can give them prunes?

| Tink was like this when we first got her, so when I cook our dinners I cook a little extra veg for Tink and add this is small amount to her meat pouches, she loves the veg more than she love the meat!

| Thank you all for the responses. I had no canned pumpkin at home and wanted to help Sadie ASAP, so I gave her veggies along with the medication from the vet. It worked!!!!! Just had to give her a big bath, lol..... Thanks again, this board is wonderful! |
