My furkids Donating Member | I have been feeding Canidae kibble and wet for over 1 1/2 yrs now. I have recently started mixing Merrick's, grammies pot pie with it for a little variety. They LOVE IT! A while back, when all the dog food was tainted, Canidae was brought into the picture. This was NOT true. (If I am correct) a woman brought in a bag (just a bag) of kibble and had it tested. There was no proof that it was Canidae. Matter of fact I believe that Canidae had something about this on their site. Someone correct me if I am wrong please. I haven't had ANY problems with Canidae....at all.

| Hi! What you were referring to with Canidae was a supposedly found acetaminophen by epertox. It was found not to be true because of a mix up with the way the food was delivered to epertox. It was all inconclusive. I have been feeding canidae for a year now both wet and dry. My yorkies are doing just fine on it. I do though, have to order it. I don't know about buying a 40 pound bag. I buy the smaller ones. As far as storage I suppose you could try a new or clean plastic trash can as that would hold 40 pounds of food. Something that's air tight. I'm glad your babies like it. |

| I hve been Canidae All Life Stages - in the green bag -- for 2+ years and have been completely satisfied - with the availability, price and most of all quality. Good luck with your switch! |
