| At a loss Are Yorkies picky eaters? I am having a hard time feeding my Yorkie. Sometimes he will eat the food I put down for him, sometimes not. I am worried that he is not getting enough vitamins to keep him healthy. Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks |

| I am wondering the same thing. My Jackie eats less than a 1/4 cup of food a day. I took him to the vet and he said he is fine and not under weight. It still worries me that he eats so little. I am used to big dogs. Even my chow pups ate more than him. Betty |

| I just found something that worked for me. I have tried so many differnt foods that I could open my own pet supply. Right now we're on Innova puppy and Wellness can. I have also added from time to time, chicken, turkey, gr beef or fish and veggies. I've also nuked the food just take the chill off. Yesterday I hadn't picked his am food bowl up til about 3 pm; it was in the sun for a while. Well, I noticed that he had gone back and eaten it up. Well, last night and this morning I warmed his food up just a bit more and he ate just about all of it! Now, I did have cauliflower in it and he loves his veggies so I am not sure if it was the veggies or the temperature. I am going to keep trying this theory out. I hope it is as simple as this.
