| ????'s about testing I posted earlier about having Topper neutered and I am also having dental done at the same time since he will be out already. My questions are what should the dr. be looking for in the pre-op blood work? Are there certain things I should be having him check for? Is there anything else I should have taken care of while he is out? Thanks for any advice.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | You could have him microchipped while he is under, claws clipped if needed. We had full blood work done - so it showed how his heart/liver/kidney/pancreas were functioning as well as complete blood count, of course.

Donating YT 10K Club Member | Not that you can't have it done at the same time, but avid chips are so small they are inserted using a syringe. It's not necessary for the dog to be sedated.
