| Not enough acidity in urine Hi Gang! I am a new Yorkie owner. My name is Karin, and my tough guy is Rambo. My little man has to take a big chewable pill which he won't chew so I grind it up in cheese. After he eats that he is full! The most he will eat the rest of the day is about 1/4 cup. He weighs 4 lbs. (gained 1 lb. since I got him). He is 18 weeks old, active, happy and smart. Do you think that is enough to eat? |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Welcome. Doesn't seem like very much but his weight seems ok. Maybe ask the vet if the medicine could be affecting his appetite.

| Can the pill be cut and maybe be given to him 4 times a day instead of once? Maybe you can ask the vet.
