I wouldn't leave my babies overnight if nobody is there to watch them.

My vet is a small farm vet and if it is really serious he takes them home with him,or he leaves them at the office and comes back in the night to check on them.We had a doberman who had cancer in her mammary and I took her home after her surgery. After she was stable. I have brought them home with IV and bag and went back to have it taken out.
I always take mine home I will keep a vigilant watch on them ,then will bring them back if I have to .

I have been with my vet for 26 years also to be able to do some of these things
