| Flea protection dosage What dosage do I use with a 2.8 lb and a 3.2 lb pup? I wouldn't think that I would still use the whole tube? I've only used flea protection once before on one of my 10 lb cats and that was only 2x; both were indoor cats all their lives. I remember that it was greasy for quite a while on her back and it wasn't very pleasant smelling. Thanks.

Donating YT Addict | I just applied 1/2 vial of Advatix to my Baby for the first time yesterday. He weighs 3.5 lbs. His back stayed a bit greasy for the rest of the day but looks normal today. There is some debate on the amount to use. Advatix says good for up to 10lbs so my guess is that half would cover up to 5lbs! My vet said you can put all on, my breeder says you only need half. I erred on the side of caution and did half...I hope we don't get ticks though!!
