| Time to diet My girls want to look good in a swimsuit so they are going on a diet so am I I got them some dick van pattens lite kibble and lite can food hope it works |

| believe it or not Nicki cant swim Im going to put them on a threadmill and Nohea I think the clorine might yellow her coat although I have the ozonater pump which require much less clorine wont take the chance as for me miso soup diet |
