| dog food I was wondering if anyone else has it where the dog outgrows their puppy dog food at 8 months? Or should I just try to give her more variety food. Currently I feed her Eukanuba (puppy food) but now she want our other dog's food (adult dog food). |

| I never leave my pups on puppy food until they're a year old..ginger is 7 mos. and has been done with her puppy food for about 2 mos. now and eating adult food..as far as changing food on them, that's not a good idea, if you find a good food they'll eat, leave them on it..I just recently had a big problem putting mine on taste of the wild, it has a lot of protein in it, and for 2 days straight, I had 4 inside dogs with diarrhea, throwing up, etc..to me, it wasn't worth it..ran to TSC yesterday morning, bought them the nutro ultra and that's what they're staying on...their stomaches don't do good all the time on change...now, the outside dogs love the taste of wild, so, will keep them on that.. |
