| Teeth cleaning day for Zoe girl! Today Zoe got her teeth cleaned and one deciduous tooth removed. She also had a complete workup to qualify for a health certificate to fly with us to Iowa next week. Poor girl is so groggy! Good news, she is up 0.6 pounds since switching to DVP's Natural Balance food. She now weighs 3.6 pounds! I have a special mouth rinse that is a protectant and will use it on Zoe and Zorak (anyone else hear of this?) Chlorhexadine Gluconate wash by Virbac Animal Health (CET) We have to leave for Bible Study in 45 minutes and I just really want to take her with me... but, they are not 'pet people'... grrr... She is sitting on my lap and seems content. The end cost was $350.22. I think that was about average for the dentals/bloodworkup/IV/health certificate. I feel better knowing her teeth are clean! She was one on 1-10-08 and this was her FIRST real cleaning. I just wanted her over 3.5 pounds before sedating her.

| Sorry no one replied, that happens to me too often I'm glad Zoe is alright... I have to get Louis' teeth cleaned, he will be two in May. But I am a bit worried even though he is 11 lb. I will be asking my vet a lot of questions.
