| Blue skin... I just thought it was interesting that one of my boys has skin with a blue tinge to it, his coat is VERY black and silky so I figured that was why.... I have another boy who is also black but his coat is cottony but his skin is not blue.....anyone else have this blue tinge??

| Hiya, Buddy has always had a blue tinge to his skin, he's very dark mainly black, its really only his belly skin that is pink where his fur is lighter. I questioned it once when buddy was a pup with the vet and he told me it was perfectly normal and normally meant the pup would stay dark (lot of dark pigment) Buddys 3 and has a cotton coat

| It's funny that you bring this up. I was thinking last night about the babies I've seen with the inside of their ears very dark. I wondered if that meant they would be darker and if it was something you should look for if you wanted to be sure to get a darker pup. |
