| Haha I kinda thought that same thing after I made them! However, they do freeze nicely...just pop one or two in the microwave for a tasty reminder of the birthday for days to come!!

| oh great idea.. how does the frosting freeze... ok?? i guess i can freeze them without the frosting and then just use like yogurt or something! |

Not frosting them would probably be the best option. On mine, the frosting turned sort of brittle once it was frozen and then seemed to absorb into the cupcake after I reheated it.
