YT Graphic Artist Donating Member | Yes, cottage cheese is great for her. You can also give her scrambled eggs or plain yogurt. She should have puppy food too. Is she taking any calcium suppliments? How far along is she?

| In the last 2 weeks add Raspberry leaves to the cottage cheese, this helps for pain relief, of contractions, and helps the utreus contract to normal size and helps her milk to come down! </IMG>

| most breeders don't give extra calcuim to the bitch until she whelps. Too much calcuim is not good. i start it the day she whelps along with my special whelping pudding to prevent eclampsia. But she does get three or four extra small meals of wet puppy food in addition to the dry puppy food I leave down all the time. |
