| Yet another food question I have read on recent posts that some of you feed your babies fish. what kind of fish can they eat and how do you cook it. wondered about tinned salmon?? thanks again xxx |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I don't really use tinned (bc of extra salt/preservatives), but I've used whitefish (tilapia, cod, sole, whiting, flounder etc) and salmon - super easy and they love it! Bake for 15 mins until flaky with a fork. Put in tupperware, shred w/ fork - serve and then save the rest. Very good for them!
