I don't really use tinned (bc of extra salt/preservatives), but I've used whitefish (tilapia, cod, sole, whiting, flounder etc) and salmon - super easy and they love it! Bake for 15 mins until flaky with a fork. Put in tupperware, shred w/ fork - serve and then save the rest. Very good for them!
