If you're going to feed 3 a day, feed 1 1/2 in the morning and the rest in the evening. Or you can divided it up to 3 meals a day. I always warm them up slightly in the microwave, just enough to take the chill out, and my Bichon love it.

both of mine are on the NV Lamb raw. they each get 1.5 medallion for breakfast and 1.5 for dinner. 3 medillion a day for each puppy is enough. mine love their raw so if i give more i am sure they will eat til they explode..eheh..but i only give 3 per day to each. I thaw them out and cut them into little pieces. they sometimes get kibbles when i have no time to watch them to eat..
