You said you couldn't afford the vet care...said numerous times that you can't afford this - and I was trying to HELP. This should be easy to clear up......my comment was just joking about how you would feel - but seriously - if a dog is scratching that bad there is obviosly a problem and needs medical attention why do people take such an attitude when someone responds ?....this is another example of why I slowed WAY down on posting here I hope your dog gets to feeling better. After dealing with chronic ear problems with my cockers I know the symptoms all too well.

It is self-limiting in humans, meaning dog sarcoptic mange isn't the same form that prefers humans so people can get general itchiness from them but nothing serious. It is possible to spread them to other people and then to their pets.
