| My puppy is almost 6 months old and about 5 lbs. I don't free feed because we are still struggling with potty training, but I put down kibble at breakfast and lunch, then after about 30 minutes I pick it up if he is not interested. He mostly does not eat during the day (he sleeps alot) but I add cooked chicken (and sometimes cooked rice or pasta) for dinner which he loves. He has had good weight gain but I get concerned that he is basically eating only once a day. I've never tried Nutrical, should I give him that just for nutritional value?

| Both my dogs get a bowl full of kibble in the morning, which they never eat any of. Then at night, my husband adds some wet food and then they both just eat until they're full.

| We got so tired of always worrying about Brady not eating enough that we just started cooking for her. We still free feed kibble, she probably eats only a handful and we have to sit down and pretend its a game. I also think it may be difficult for her to chew kibble because of the new teeth coming in. It took us 6 months to get on any type of feeding schedule where she would actually eat at every meal. |
