Dog Shampoo(oatmeal, etc)..so I think I am doing the "right stuff"...Vet saw, "first pimple"..didn't think anything of it...but now they have multiplied(still only 6, in a few months) but...should I be worried?? | They're like little moles, like what people get..a lot of times older dogs start getting them..My shih tzu has some of her..Now, my yorkie thati is going on 5 had a big looking like mole on the back of her neck, I was told it was probably a cyst, so, finally took her in to the vet and it was a tumor(luckily it was benign), but, the vet said although it doesn't spread, they can get more of them on other parts of their body.. |

| Hallie has these. She has a large one on her neck that grows (wart like) and eventually falls off. She also has about 4 on various areas of her back. The vet says they are nothing to worry about but checks them during her visits to look for growth or abnormalities |
