| Stomach grumbling... won't eat My boy has thrown up a clear yellow substance yesterday & today. He acts like he's fine except his stomach is grumbling & when offered his favorite foods he stiffs them but doesn't eat. Any idea?s..Can I give him anything for an upset stomach? Thanks |

| Clear yellow substance- sounds like bile. Often happens when they have an empty stomach. Try giving him some plain natural live yogurt, if he won't eat it then you can syringe feeding it to him, little and often. |

| Stanley's Stomach Problem Things got worse in a hurry. First he threw up frothy stuff with bits of red stuff. Within an hour it became bloody. Lots of bloody mucous came up. Around 3 pm took him to the emergency pet hospital where he spent the night.. They found nothing in blood workup or xrays. The first thing everyone asked was if there were any pockets or pools of water anywhere on the property, which there is not. Picked him up along with the intervenous bag and xrays this morning & left him at his main vet. He's alert & acts like nothing's wrong which is the way they said he was all night. Stan's 3 1/2 and vet said he's in great shape other than whatever's going on. |
