| Luna's been vomitting and having diarrhea ...help! Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone could help me out. Luna seems to have eaten something that didn't go down too well, perhaps something that fell from our kitchen counter. She's had some diarrheas and she just vomitted. I was wondering if I could give her anything for this, or if I should call my vet? Thanks in advance! P.S. Yes, I've been a stranger around here lately, so I want to say hello to all of you who remember me and all newbies as well!

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | I would call if he's really young - in the meantime - try some boiled chicken and cooked rice to see if that helps with his tummy ? Poor baby - I don't know how old he is - but sometimes they just GET upset tummies and we don't know why - other times it can be something more....If he's VERY young - or small - watch him for dehydration - even ice cubes if he won't drink ...Hope he feels better. |

Donating YT 14K Club Member | I would contact a vet. You think that she might have eaten something from the kitchen but it could be anything. She might have chewed on a plant that is poisonous to her system...many different things could be causing this. Don't wait too long because dehydration sets in fast.

Yorkie Lover Donating Member | I would say to call the vet...sometimes they can eat things and it can cause their whole system to become out of whack...the vet can tell you exactly what to do...I hope Luna gets feeling better soon!!! We are thinking about him...Magic and Sailor send him puppy kisses....

| You're not alone! Prince has been throwing up and having the runs too. He started throwing up early yesterday, but around 8pm he stopped and started having the runs. I dont mean to be graphic and I apoliguze, but its VERY liquid like. When I got up this morning, the couch was wet. Turnes out in the middle of the night he went ALL OVER IT and Andy saw it when he woke up. So he cleaned it. I havent seen prince eat anything today or most of yesterday and when he was throwing up, it was mostly dry heaving. His personality hasnt changed and fortunately, he hasnt had it come from either end so far since i've been up. I've tried giving him nutri-stat but he was so not into it. He smelled it and ran. Even the puppies ran away from it. We seem to think prince got this way from drinking soapy water. My kids were cleaning their floors (which are wood) with a scrub brush and soap water. We think he might have drank some of it. Either way, I hope Prince AND your baby get better soon. If you're anything like me, you hate it when they dont feel good.
