| ![]() Hi Rockie is teething and I always play pull and tug with him with his toys. Is it ok and does this help to loosen his teeth. Last edited by charly; 11-15-2007 at 07:50 PM. |

| ![]() I played lots of tug with Lucy while she was teething and it didn't hurt her...She only had to have 2 teeth removed when she was spayed ![]()

| ![]() I would wet an old facecloth, twist it and put it in the freezer. He loved it and would assume the cold felt good on his gums. I was told that you shouldn't play tug of war for aggression issues. But if you do, don't let them win - you need to show who is boss. Buddy also only had to have two teeth removed when neutered. |

| ![]() Tug of war is a great game for bonding and may well help his teething. Some things you can do is as above frozen wash cloths are good, also do you have a kong? You can fill those with food and freeze them, that will be soothing on his gums. Frozen carrots and watermelon are also good. |
