| This type raw has to be very different...my friend made her own..used a meat grinder for the chicken etc.. I am all for anything that prompts healthy teeth/breath...mine have not had that problem with the cooked diet I give them..but I do brush their teeth every evening with Oxy-fresh dental..best wishes |

| The Chicken NV was NOT liked by Roxy and TJ. I had to throw the bag away. Their Favorite was Rabbit - Maybe try that type to start with. |

| Had to inspect the poop....have I lost my mind? Anyway, I noticed The little flax seeds were whole, wonder why they are even included as it appears they are not digested. Also noticed poop from last night was already white.

| I'm not sure about the flax seeds but I've seen them in the poop too. Maybe they add fiber?

| I wonder that too...I might take a closer look at Chloe's poop next time and see if I could find any seed in it. Her 1st RAW poop was very bright yellow brownish color and very wet. |

| No, they aren't wet at all. They're hard and normally almost crumbly..hard to pick up without them crumbling. But when she first poops, it has a slickness on the outside (probably from expressing her anal glands when she poops).

| For those who's don't like regular raw you might want to try the freeze dried. Mine are extremely picky and got bored after awile of the regular raw and I tried the freeze dried and they have been on it for the last 2-3 months and they like it. http://www.naturesvariety.com/conten...373AiYS409AF55 http://www.stellaandchewys.com/site/...ed_chicken.asp

| No mine like it dry. I crumble it in bite size pieces and that's it. With the frozen raw I would have to wash their faces and they would smell for at least 1/2 hr after they ate not with the freeze dried. It is also easier to take when on the road with them.

| Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Marcel likes the freeze dried better too, which is a bummer bc it's TWICE the cost...little stinker. Wylie loves both.
