hello people, what do you guys feed your babies for breakfast??? I was feeding skipper steel cut oatmeal for a while and mixed some sweet potatoes(baby food) in it to give it some flavor but now hes not even eating it, he doesnt want it anymore for breakfast. What do you guys feed your babies for breakfast?? Please help, I want my baby to eat something in the morning!!!

I have been feeding the same thing I feed for dinner....the Three Dogs Bakery Entree for dogs

Chip is free fed, so I put down his kibble in the morning and at night mix in some other stuff.

My girls get yogurt for breakfast - either Dannon Natural or Stoneyfield Organic, lowfat plain or vanilla with their Missing Link.

lexi get cottage cheese mixed with green beans and some dry kibble for

You can give scrambled or boiled eggs and a little Yogurt. I make up a large batch of beef, lamb, brown rice, lentils, split peas and carrots. I put this mix in quart freezer zip-locs and freeze. One bag last my two dogs about 6 days eating two meals a day. I either give them 1/4 cup of this mix or 1/8th if I'm mixing a boiled egg or steel cut oats that's mixed with broccoli.

Mine get their canned food in the Morning. A couple days a week I scramble some eggs for them

I feel like I'm depriving the monkeys after reading this thread

They eat their Wellness kibble for breakfast.

OMG you and me both. Mine get Merrick Turducken for breakfast and dinner. Who knew thay were deprived?

Seriously they just get yogurt? Loki would bug me all day if I did that. He gets Yogurt frozen in a puzzle toy as a treat. He doesn't consider that to be a meal. Loki's life revolves around meal time.

During the week when we have no time in the morning (I'm lucky if I get a glass of milk for breakfast) they get their Canidae kibble. On weekends they get eggs, pancakes (seriously) or potatoes or whatever else we are eating. For dinner they get canned food (Wingaling) when we are home long enough to open a can and wash faces, home cooked IF we cook which is rare these days, or kibble on meeting nights. They seriously don't care what they get. They gobble up whatever I give them.

Archie gets his Natural Balance Duck & Potato kibble mixed in with chunks of Granny Smith apples, carrots or whatever fruit I have around that he likes. No surprise, he eats the fruit first!

Ellie gets what she gets for her other two her three meals. That is egg, potato, sweet potato, green beans, carrots, canola and vitamins.

Tomorrow I will switch her recipe up so she will get chicken, rice and veggies.

I definately think you should make Simon and Hallie some eggs for breakfast.

OK I felt so bad that this morning the monkeys had scrambled eggs, green beans and carrots mixed in with their kibble

They loved it and I feel redeemed as a mom

Wow...I'm surprised how many yorkies eat eggs! LOL.

Poor Chloe can't seem to tolerate them. She's had scrambled, boiled, and fried in the past (she LOVED her first boiled egg!), and they always either give her diarrhea or she vomits.
