One ear up, one down; Will they stay like that? A few days ago Max's right ear began standing up on it's own. His left ear is still flopped over. Is it just a little behind the right ear or is it likely it will stay like this? I'd really rather not tape it (the rest of the puppy stuff has been enough work as it is!) so I'm hoping y'all will say the left one will follow shortly.

good luck with his ear...how old is he? It's hard to tell if it will come or or not, but, most likely it will..I have a german shepherd that is 1 1/2, she has one ear up and one down..but, that's what makes her so unique...I also have a biewer, he had one ear up for awhile, then, it came down, so now, both of his are down..

Hi - My little girl would not put her ear up for a while - now she is 16 weeks and it completely stands up all on its own. My breeder told me that she was teething and that is why it would not stand up. I was debating on taping it, but I did not and it just went up on its own.

If he's 10 weeks, most likely that other ear will come up..I think my shepherd has a lazy ear like her mom did..

I don't think his hair looks bad at all. But I don't know anything about grooming so a compliment from me probably doesn't mean all that much.

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | How old is he, maybe he is teething. Bengi had one ear down for about a month because of that. Maybe sure you keep them trimmed. |
