| I too have VPI. I just sent in a claim about two weeks ago so we will see how it works out. I just like the safe feeling that IF something were to happen, we would be covered. |

| In Canada, we only have 3 pet insurance companies, so our options are very limited. I got vet insurance for Bitsy the day I brought her home. I pay $34 a month and that only covers illness and accidents. Things like shots and spays, pulling baby teeth you pay yourself. I wanted to make sure that if anything happens to Bitsy, I will be able to afford her care and not have to think twice. Fortunately, I haven't had to use it yet, so I can't say if the company I chose is any good or not. |
