| My DH is about to divorce me. I take my fluffs every week to the groomer. They make sure that they have a sanitary groom, if needed. They have a bath and a bow and they smell so nice. For two, it is $40 a week not including a tip! Krissie hasn't had her first groom but my Malts are about $45.00 each. The initial cost of the dog was nothing compared to the maintenace. Plus, there is the special food, treats, toys, clothes, bowls, beds, carseats, bows, vet bills, shampoos (I have like 12 different kinds).... I hide new purchases from my DH. It is a illness! My Illness, that they need all these things. I just love them soooo much!! Maybe I should take a grooming class? Peace and Love,

| I groom my two - the fee is puppy kissies . I am afraid to clip the nails so the vet does it, I think it is $8.50. Back in Feb. I wanted Zanders hair evened out, he ended up with a buzz cut , I did like the short hair on his face though. That was $35.00. I took Jazzie in to even her out her hair, (when she was spayed her tummy was buzzed), I took her to a different place, they cut off just enough to even the hair out, phew! $30.00.

| I do mine myself too, except I have took Kayla to the vet to get her nails trimmed because she is a little buggeroo to do. Thurs. they cut her back nail too short and she would not even walk on it. She held her little leg out and I was scared to death they had dropped her. I called and they said they had cut it short and it bled alot. I was upset to say the least. For now on I am going to try a dremmel on her. I know she will not forget that vet visit. |
