| What's the best way to remove matts? My puppy keeps getting matts. What is the best way to remove them? Is it best to do it wet or dry (I know it is normally best to brush when wet)? What is the best type of brush to use (slicker, etc.)? Thanks

| I know that the best product to use to get out matts is called Cowboy Magic. I've personally never used it bc my yorkies have short hair, but there are a lot of people here on YT that swear by it! |

| Work some cowboy magic right into the matt. If it is too tough, then cut it, don't torture the dog. |

| OK, great. Does anyone know of any inexpensive sources online? I have a feeling that I will have a hard time finding a product made for horses in the city. Thanks!

BANNED FOR NOT MAILING PRODUCTS PURCHASED | I use a baby lotion on matts, after I bathe her I comb her out and if I find a matt I take the lotion and rub it on the matt with my fingers and then gently tease it out, you can also use olive oil. |

| I love the Cowboy Magic Concentrated Shine & Detangler for matts. If you go to www.cowboymagic.com they have a store locator. If you can't find it locally, toby's natural has the best price I found. A little goes a long, long way. I bought the 12 oz. bottle, but don't think I will ever use it all! |
