| Anyone here use the Pet Silk line??? I know I have raved about CC Systems on here before, but I am not as impressed with their products and my male who is very dry. I talked to them at length and they could offer no additional advice, other than it may just be the dog. I can belive that to a point, but not completely, because he has silky hair that's not in bad shape...it is just DRY. They suggested I was feeding him a poor diet...no again, EVO with Missing Link supplementation and his skin is GREAT!!! So, I am off to look at a few more product lines. Pet Silk is one and Plush Puppy is the other. What do you guys think? I have used PetSilk on another breed in the past and liked it somewhat. I use the human products made by their company on myself and really like them. Any of their stuff you don't like? What about the PP, especially if you have been lucky enough to have tried both. And, I am open to ANY other product suggestions...one pup is silky and great condition, one is very dry and dull...Thanks in advance!!

| I have been looking for Pet Silk for a year after reading about it in a Yorkie magazine. Any idea where I can purchase it? |

| Yes, www.petsilkonline.com or www.mjm-petsilk.com both sell it and ship really fast according to the customer service reps. I am just waiting to order something when I get more replies....

| Jen, I think Villette talked about it. There are a lot of different suggestions on this thread. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=36674 I use the pet silk finisher. It's lovely! It makes Wosie's drier coat much softer and silkier. Dreama doesn't really need it, but I use it on her when I am combing her out after bathing. It helps with any tangles.

| I too am NOT too fond of the CC products and I am just glad I ordered the travel pack to try it out. Tiger continues to get these white flakes right after his bath and everytime I brush him. I finally am completely out of the CC conditioner so am ready to try something else. I too am highly considering petsilk . . . but still looking for more people's comments. Hope we get some soon! Oh and Tiger's hair is soft as well . . . |

Lovin' 2 Girls Donating Member | Pet Silk I've been using Pet Silk shampoo and conditioner on both mine for 5 months, now. Abbie doesn't have her true coat, yet; so I was tempted to switch to CC, since I've seen so much on YT about it. But, her's is getting better each week. Also, my mix "Mozart", had flaky, itchy skin on his back that I couldn't seem to get rid of. Since using Pet Silk on him - it's cleared right up. NO flaking anywhere, and his coat is shiny and silky. I won't be switching, and I'm about to order something from online to groom them dry.

| I have been using Pet Silk products now for two years. I love it on my four and I doubt I try anything else. Their shampoos, conditioners, silk serum, everything. I also like their hair gel. I've been growing the bangs out on my babies, (wish now I had never cut them), but the gel works real well at holding up the loose hair. I like it too because you can dilute it and it lasts a long time and it's not expensive at all.

| I love Pet Silk! If you reaaaally want your baby to smell good for a long time, get the grape stuff. It smells soooo good and the scent stays around for a while.

| I have tried them both. I used Plush Puppy before and just recently decided to try Pet silk and Shea Pet products so I am fairly new to pet silk so keep that in mind. About a month ago I ordered these two products and have used them both in that time, I think I've only used Pet silk twice. Now on to my thoughts....I really liked the Plush Puppy as did the groomer I took her to. She only went to him once. It was in the middle of the time I was using PP products and I asksed if her skin and coat were ok he said yes they looked great, then asked what I was using, then said that if I change to get another good quality product. So I guess you could say that was an unbiased professional opinion of PP, since he said she looked good before he knew what she was using, I don't even knew if he had heard of it really. I actually got the Medium flowing coat kit which includes: Medium Flowing Coat Kit: Natural Conditioning Shampoo, Natural Silk Protein Conditioner, Swishy Coat (I love this and still use it with the new products I got) and, Protein Coat Balm. Her coat always felt dry when she was done before I put the Pro. Balm on her then she softens right up once I put it one her. Oh and the Swishy Coat if you were wondering is a gel I put on while she is still damp then dry her. I can tell a difference from when I don't use it to when I do. It straightens her hair very nicely and just keeps it more calm. Ok now onto the Pet silk. I love this, I love the Shea pet too by the way. Her coat is so shiney now and so much silkier. I honestly used to think that Reagan just had a really thin cottony coat but after using these products I have changed my mind. I always read that if their eyes are green in pics then they are silky which hers were but her coat just wasn't very silky. I very well could've been doing something wrong or was just being too picky. Now however I can say whole-heartedly she does have a silky coat. Her coat feels better and right after I'm finished drying her, her coat isn't dry like before when I had to use the pro. balm. I do also use the Silk serum too and that works great as well, but even without it I love her coat using Pet silk shampoos and conditioners. I ordered the Rain forest scent and while I love it, I can't say that it stays. I think after a day or two the smell is competely gone and even right after the bath its very faint, so much so that the Silk serum smell completely covers it up. I don't mind this so much though and unless curiosity got the better of me will probably stick with this scent. I also ordered from mjm. I can't say that I had problems with them but they were much slower to get the products out the door than any other place I have ordered over the internet, dog supplies or not. I think it took over a week to actually get them sent which isn't bad but most places (unless they are personalizing or handmaking it) in my experience have been shipped within a couple days. I would order from them again though because I was never worried about getting my products and they arrived nicely packed and what not. I'm not trying to put them down just thought I'd share. Hope whatever you get you find something you really like.
