Not happy with Lolas first groom

I SPECIFICALLY told her not to cut Lola's top knot and she cut over an inch off it and she complained that Lola kept trying to lay down.

She's an 8 month old puppy and this was her first groom, what do you expect???
I brush her every day, but this was a strange environment with a strange person and tools.

I'm so mad about the topknot I could scream, I can't get it in right now with the way she cut it. It's so short!!!!

I wanted to, but I want to stay on good terms with the company because I like one of their other groomers. She used to groom my poodle, but I tried this woman because she's a yorkie person.

Sorry to hear about your grooming goof up. Not sure why people don't listen The good thing is that it will grow back.

She said she cut the top knot because it was too heavy. Ugh I know exactly how heavy it was and there are many yorkies on here with much longer top knots.
Her hair won't stay up now, half of it is out of the band. *fuming*

I'm also noticing tons of other problems with the cut. Her face is too squate, legs are uneven, I don't think she cut one back leg or her tail at all.
I want the other groomer to come out and fix it, but I don't know how they're paid and I don't want her to suffer financially for another groomers mess.

rule #1 in grooming a yorkie: never trim the hair on the face area except the ears coz it will take soo long to grow..
so sorry to hear that.. hope it will grow soon (i do wish) ...
